Default What causes aging you ask?

Aging is of course a natural and inevitable part of all of our lives. We can, however control the rate at which we age. If we look at a group of young children we notice that there are few obvious differences. Now fast forward 50 years. We are likely to see many differences in the health of this same group. Some may appear young and virile, while others suffering from chronic conditions or lethargic.

Rate of aging comes from both internal and environmental factors throughout ones life. One of the major internal causes of aging is the slow decline of our natural human growth hormone starting in our mid 20's. The decrease in production of HGH causes common signs of aging like degredation of our senses of sight and sound, decreasing bone density, loss of lean muscle mass and decreased exercise capacity. It also leads to the accumulation of excess fat that a lot of us start to notice being stored around our middles in the form of the infamous 'spare tire'.

There are substances that we can safely supplement with to stimulate the pituitary to naturally increase production of human growth hormone. Compounds such as Gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA), Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), and L-Arginine are just a few.

Aging is a natural process. We can reduce the sign of aging if we perform Yoga or exercises daily.

Default Aging Gracefully

Quite naturally aging and its downside is an issue for many people. However most of us accept this condition as inevitable. While aging is a natural process, degenerative diseases that are associated with it are not necessarily so.What causes aging? ALL of the following:

Free Radicals
Glycation
Methylation
Inflammation
DNA degeneration

Therefore for vibrant good health and to help slow down the aging process you must then address the above 5 causative factors. You can do this by practising good nutrition and adding specific supplements to your diet. Supplements must contain the following: male and female health support substances, enzymes, immunity stimulating factors, eye health support, specific amino acids, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances that work on other critical organ systems.
