Yes. Memory of older people degenerate as they get older.
Here are some suggestions to improve one's memory which came from a friend:
  • Memory Exercises
  • Eating Healthy Foods
  • Reduce Stress
  • Stay Intellectually Active
  • Good Blood Circulation
  • Sleep at a Regular Time

Rosemary has been known to sharpen the mind and reduce memory loss. This can be taken in herbal form, used in foods or drank as a tea. However, be careful as large doses of rosemary has been shown to be lethal for pregnant rats. Therefore, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take precaution when using this herb.

My grandmother had some issues with her memory as she got older. She would often repeat the same thing several times in a row, and would easily forget where she had placed items such as her purse.

It's interesting that a healthy diet and low stress can improve memory function. My grandmother was definitely a high-strung lady, and her diet wasn't the greatest.

Unfortunately, as we age, our memory starts to fade.
I think the best way to keep our brain in tip top shape is to give it a good workout. You can give your brain a good workout by playing brain games such as brain teasers and working on crossword puzzles.

Yes, memory loss increases with age. The ingredients given by Mr. GekiDan is perfect to keep our memory functioning properly. I would like to add one more thing that being active physically and mentally helps a lot. And nutritious food, exercise are also equally important. If necessary, bio-identical hormone replacement treatment can be taken. This is really helpful to maintain memory power.
