I have got good experience with exercise, it may not make my face look younger, but I certainly have a spring in my step and I feel younger than some of my friends look. I have used the products with acids and they do seem to have good effects. I have been using one for a couple months now and I notice a difference.

Only exercise is not enough to maintain our youthfulness. We have to optimize our food with anti-aging superfoods and we have to include all the necessary food materials to compensate our body requirements. Editing habits are equally important. If we have a habit of smoking, drinking, less sleeping, stress and direct exposure to sunlight, then nothing is going to help out. To slow down aging process and to avoid premature aging process, we have to get rid of all these habits. I would suggest for yoga. This is a wonderful exercise for the complete relief and satisfaction.
