Default Arthritis pain relief

Does anyone have a suggestion for relieving joint pain caused by arthritis? I have tried all of the over the counter remedies but I have just been wasting money. I would like to hear about something that really worked for someone.

My dad has terrible arthritis in both knees and suffers terribly with pain. Tylenol arthritis and Aleve was helpful for awhile. Something that he is using now is a natural pain relieving cream that seems to provide him with a lot of relief. If your interested I can find out the name and where he gets it.

You should try taking fish oil. My mother has really bad rheumatoid arthritis, which has almost completely disfigured her hands. However, recently, she began taking fish oil. About 3000 mg per day. Now her pain has been significantly lessened. She is not cured, but at least she can function on a daily basis.

Vitamin D is also good. Try taking 1000mg of it everyday.

Try using fish oil omega 3, maybe this can help you. Try to use Xtend-Life Product and read some reviews there. You can found it online. I know their products are good and i tried using their eye cream for wrinkle and I would benefit from it.

my mom and i are taking up MX Calcium Complex since my mom is experiencing joint pains every now and then and i myself too from constant sitting due to my work demands. i am afraid for any complications this might brought as to and so i would want to keep myself fit by taking up supplements and of course we can't just rely on those alone, we also need to eat balance-diet, nutritious food and at the same time try to go for a walk to exercise the joints and the overall body.

Isotonix OPC-3 is a great natural anti-inflammatory, I have heard of people having great results with it, not only for arthritis and joint pain, but overall health in general. It is a great alternative when combined with Vitamin D.

Seriously I help people every day that are getting great results from Nopalea made with all natural ingredients. The active ingredient that reduces inflammation and pain is from the Nopal Cactus. I know that the ingredients are all healthy for you, a big improvement over any chemicals that you put in your body. It is worth a look.
Many that follow the directions have dramatic results. Hope this helps.
I have a group set up here titled
Nopal Cactus Juice is Helping Many Reduce Inflammation and Chronic Pain
Please visit and try if you want some serious relief.

Are you still looking for relief? I saw this post was from over a year ago... but if so, let me know! There is a way. But more than anything, do not just take Tylenol or Advil... that simply masks pain, and does not help treat the problem. Like others have mentioned, things like Omega 3's, calcium, etc are the solution. I know of great, great products for this, which I have many testimonials of it working - you can even verify it through if you want. For instance, a lady I know, in her 80's, had arthritis so bad she could not walk. She starting taking specific vitamins, using natural creams, etc... and today is not only going for daily walks, but is gardening.

I tried various over counter pain killers to reduce the pain caused by arthritis and those pain killers don’t help much. I also can’t take pain killers too often, those will damage my liver. After I used Whitee Patch which I just put the patch on my uncomfortable spot or Joint, amazing thing happened that the patch relieve 85% of my back and joint Pains in 2 Week. I also drank LC Balancer made by nature herb, it won't hurt my body.
I searched google herbhealthonline to find the product.Wish you have pain free year!

Default pain relief the cell therapy way

hi, i'm a newbie here saw ur post from a 2 yrs ago and not sure if you are still seeking for treatment. My father suffers from knee cap pain issue and use creams which claims to have glucosamine and it helped him to relieve for a while but after some time it still gets back. Recently he started trying a product from Switzerland dealing with Cell Therapy and has not complained of any pain. Feel free to find out more if you are keen. Just for additional knowledge and creating more awareness for people suffering from this problem and able to have alternative treatments to alievate the problem.

Hope it will help!
