Fitness problems among the older people
A lot of the older generation seem to have more bone and arthritic problems than anything else. The knees seem to be the first place where age seems to set in and bother them.
Often it may be due to a lack of a fitness regime when they were younger. It takes its toll only as they get to a point where they cannot begin new fitness regimes

older people must be very careful specially in case of there body parts and in order to keep them working they must do regular excersis so that join gums remain there and they keep working

You need to discipline yourself in terms of aging. Wash your face regularly and put some anti-oil, wrinkle and blackheads on your face so that it would maintain you a young looking person, like TV models who are at age 40's, but they're seemed to be at age 30's.

Its important to start early rather than wait for old age to knock on the door.
Eat healthy,think right,sleep well,exercise regularly and maintain a stress-free life.
This is key to healthy life, no matter what is your age.

I find it rather strange how as we get older, the same things that would happen to us when we were children become so different.
If a child falls down while running, he/she simply gets up, dusts them self, and continues.
If a grown up falls, he/she is quite likely to have either cracked a bone, broken one, or torn a ligament.
I obviously exaggerate a little, but you get the idea that I'm trying to convey.....

fitness is a biggest problem as soon as age increases but it can be kept far if a person do regular exercises like moment of joints , walking on regular basis i just mean a person should not sit at home on bed that will increase problem over all

Yes an individual must be more alert regarding his health at a young age so that he may not suffer through joint problems at an old age.They understand this idea after long time and they have no time to backup their losses.Old people can take pain relieving diseases and get relief otherwise there is no other way.They can start to do mild exercises to keep themselves pain relieved.So always exercise from young age to avoid these old age problems.

Fitness is the main problem for old people. The main problem caused in old age is related to joint of bones. If we take care of these things in our younger age, then these problems can be avoided. The keys are nutritious food, good habits, good thinking, regular exercises and positive attitude towards life. Apart from these problems, multiple other problems start with increasing age. These are sexual, emotional, memory related and others. These can be avoided by taking care of fitness since our younger age. However, bio-identical hormone replacement, testosterone replacement and other anti-aging treatment can solve all of these problems in older age because almost all the problems occur due to hormonal deficiency.

Stick with some regular exercise,but not heavy workouts along with well balanced diet.Find out some Basic Strength-Training Program which are built for older adults

fitness problems with aging....
Well i think that as a people grow older and older the problems related to thier health also increases......like the main problem is of bones that as a person grows older his or her bones become soft which results in osteoporosis and the other main problem is short memory or weak memory.....so it is necessary for them to take medicines according to thier problems......
