Lisa,

So true. One of the sponsors of my blog created a supplement with your very concerns in mind. They wanted to put back into the body the things that we deplete through stress, medicine, illness and more. I'd love people's feedback on what they think. My goal with my blog is to have the best sponsors. I believe they are a good one, but feedback is welcomed.

my wellness and health.com

best regards,

Mark

BTW - I think it is cool that you are speaking from within the biz.

Default I totally agree

I totally agree, we are slowly but surely harming our bodies with some of today's medications and treatments. A friend told me about a very healthy and safe alternative for many health problems we face today. She told me how much it has helped her and her family. It has to do with natural products and magnetism. Magneticnurse.com

To add to your views fellow members, I think if one can avoid using pharmaceutical products, then do not take them!

I do not take medicine unless I am really sick, which by God's grace, I rarely am sick.

I see people take medicine for headaches, stomachaches and other small pains. Once the body familiarizes itself with the medicine, it only becomes natural to start using more stronger medications joining the cycle of hospitable perishable persons.

I use supplements to enhance my health, try and keep fit regularly and consistently, eat healthy balanced diets too.

The body is capable of maintaining its health, no need for medications.

I like to compare the immunity system with the skin; people use beauty products to enhance their beauty, those products react negatively to these products, you end up eroding the natural beauty you always had before that you never appreciated.

There is so much information out there and the more I learned the more I was gonna burst if I did not share it. I started a blog with a close friend of mine to relieve some of this pressure. I have switched to all organic foods, only grass fed live stock I try to buy as much food from farms that I can visit and meet the farmer while seeing what they practice. I believe alternative/holistic medicine is most effective as a preventative but have found some amazing options for replacing corrective orthodox medicine. We are brand new and looking for support for our blog I am not sure if I am allowed to mention it here so someone let me know if I am in violation. The blog is call "Leon's Thought for Food"
we need all the support we can get to get a good start becoming part of the movement for a healthier America. I share some personal experience with some great healing practices and post news and fun stuff.

YES! I absolutely agree!! Us humans are built to cure ourselves. If you really think about it, when we get a cut, our skin can close up on its own and form new skin. Of course it doesn't work that way in extreme occasions, but for the most part, we can fix ourselves. Media and society has influenced the public into thinking that we need foreign objects to cure us...but its all to make money! Thats all it is! There are natural remedies out there that work just as well if not better than the pills that the pharmacies and doctors sell. It's even easier to do this in today's day and age because of the internet. We can now look up what natural remedies can help with certain health issues. We are capable of so much, but we like to just take the easy route and reach for that pill. We gotta stop this, lets start being more thoughtful of what we put in our bodies!

Agreed! This is why I regularly drink MonaVie MX. It's a juice blend full of antioxidants (nature's way of healing damaged cells and shielding your cells from toxins in the environment), and besides helpding reduce cancer risk, it gives me a lot of the nutrients I need from the 19 juices and 11 vegetables used in the blend. Unlike pills, it's very easy to take - it's a juice so you just drink it!
