To add to your views fellow members, I think if one can avoid using pharmaceutical products, then do not take them!
I do not take medicine unless I am really sick, which by God's grace, I rarely am sick.
I see people take medicine for headaches, stomachaches and other small pains. Once the body familiarizes itself with the medicine, it only becomes natural to start using more stronger medications joining the cycle of hospitable perishable persons.
I use supplements to enhance my health, try and keep fit regularly and consistently, eat healthy balanced diets too.
The body is capable of maintaining its health, no need for medications.
I like to compare the immunity system with the skin; people use beauty products to enhance their beauty, those products react negatively to these products, you end up eroding the natural beauty you always had before that you never appreciated.

There is so much information out there and the more I learned the more I was gonna burst if I did not share it. I started a blog with a close friend of mine to relieve some of this pressure. I have switched to all organic foods, only grass fed live stock I try to buy as much food from farms that I can visit and meet the farmer while seeing what they practice. I believe alternative/holistic medicine is most effective as a preventative but have found some amazing options for replacing corrective orthodox medicine. We are brand new and looking for support for our blog I am not sure if I am allowed to mention it here so someone let me know if I am in violation. The blog is call "Leon's Thought for Food"
we need all the support we can get to get a good start becoming part of the movement for a healthier America. I share some personal experience with some great healing practices and post news and fun stuff.
