My Mum has tried it and it is just Crystal Healing type. It may work but when my mum had it done she had loads of knots in here back and had it all rubbed out and made better but aparently it made her go to the Loo alot.

I have tried this once when I was still a kid.
We do a lot of herbal medicines like Bitter Gourd and Oregano for curing cough.

And did it work? But is the legal age not 18 to take par in it. I suppose it can work for apsolutly anything but you just have to fine a specialist who does the type of therapy you want really

Well... It does work.
Not over 18 years of age. As soon as the child is big enough, he/she can drink herbal medicines. But it is prohibited to babies since they can't absorb nutrients in that kind of medicine.

So basicly 12+ I would say with parents concent ?

Yeah. Basically. But the doctors are always saying that we shouldn't explore things regarding our health. The best thing to do is go to the doctor and ask for prescriptions.

I think that's not really the cause. If I am not mistaken, not all alternative or herbal medicines are good for all people. Some can cure others but some cannot. And if not, it can be a thing that can make your disease or sickness even worst than before.

That is true. It is sometimes a risk you are having to take but i would say always before taking these types of therapy / medicines is to consult your GP first and see if they think it is suitable for you to take part in this..

Very true. I always go to a doctor for serious cases. But in cases that I can easily bare like flu or cough, I tend to self medicate by taking Paracetamol and Phenylephrine HCl. After 4 days, I am cured.
