I drink PUER Tea. Pu-erh tea is traditionally made with leaves from old wild tea trees of a variety known as "broad leaf tea" which is found in southwest China . This tea is special because it is like wine! The older the tea is the better it tastes!

Drinking pu-erh tea is purported to reduce blood cholesterol. This belief has been backed up by scientific studies not only demonstrating experimental results of lowered LDL cholesterol in rats, but discovering specific mechanisms through which chemicals in Pu-erh tea inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol.

Tea is majorly known as a source of refreshment but it has medicinal benefit too...

Tea contains fluoride and tannins which drive the plaque away. It helps in keeping your dental records white and shiny, of course including your usual dental regime which would involve brushing and flossing.

Having tea in comparison to coffee is better because coffee contains more caffeine which is not good for our health. One who adds milk to their tea helps in developing strong bones as milk has calcium which is good for the bones.

Having ginger tea may help you get relief from sore throat. Having herbal tea can be very good to get rid of the early cold attack. Teas like peppermint and chamomile would do wonders against the cold if you combine all these together to make a brewing hot cup of tea.

I love tea, and so does my 2 year old daughter.
I have lots of lemon grass at home, so I use that to make tea,
I just boil it, add honey, and voila, freshly made tea for the whole family.

According to me tea refreshes one's mind. I prefer to have tea early in the morning. I enjoy having tea with different flavors.

Default VitaminFix.Com

Green tea has some of the highest content of antioxidants available. And as far as herbal remedies, it might be the best. I have been using teas to supplement my diet and support my health for years. I began working with a health and wellness company which recently opened a new shop called Vitaminfix.com. We are currently running a new rewards program to celebrating the opening.

Here’s how it works:
You just recommend your favorite Vitaminfix.com supplement to a friend and earn Cash Back. For every friend that registers for an account at VitaminFix.com, you receive 250 Cash Back Points. When your friend registers they also receive 250 CashBack Points, and there's no purchase required! Points are converted to cash you can use at checkout or if you reach $50 they mail you a check. And...points never expire.

Once you are a registered user you receive a personalized invite link code. Post this link code on your blog, tweet, facebook, or emails and when someone clicks your link and registers you receive a credit to your account.

Stay healthy my friends.
