Default Melatonin for insomnia

My boyfriend is going to start taking melatonin every night to see if it helps with his sleep patterns. I think his biggest problem may be all the caffiene he gets during the day, but I don't think I can change that at the moment.

I looked around and think we'll start with 3 milligrams. Has anyone else tried this? How much did you use? I'll let you know how he does.

I have heard of melatonin, but I didn't realize that you could get it as a supplement. Is this a last resort type thing, or commonly used for insomnia? Is it a pill, a tea or a lotion? Is it used for anything besides insomnia?

You should try Suntheanine. It worked for me. I get them from Mindful Mints. Check them out at mindfulmints.com It helps with all sorts of issues.
