We used to give honey mixed with milk to my son daily morning, as far as i know honey is a very good.

But one thing is getting good pure honey is the problem. We are using Lion honey, so fat its good.

Honey has been used for various reasons from ancient times in the East, I won't be surprized that it may work against allergy.
