Nice article. I recently received a sample of magnesium from the health food store and was really surprised on the literature I found about it. How a lack of magnesium can really make us feel tired and stressed. I now occasionally drink a cup of this at night as the sample I got was called "Calm" or "Calm Ease" or something like that. It doesn't taste bad either. I also got a Magnesium and Calcium one but you can't take that at night as it will give you energy.
