Default anemia and prevention!!!

hello mates!!!
how are you all? anemia is a very dangerous disease....if i say that to prevent anemia it is best to eat fresh vegetables..then would this statement of mine would be true or not?

I don't really know about vegetables. What I do know (or knew at least) is that you will have to consume some portions of red meat.

Anemia, which is the most common blood disorder is also found in those people who have less RBC's.

Along with fresh vegetables,fresh juices are also good to prevent anemia.Rather they are better then fresh vegetables.

vegies are healthy but there are kinds of anemia so if you want to cure it you should know first waht type of anemia so that you can focus on what foods you need more..
