Arrow Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is one of the most common types of Arthritis. Normally, it results due to the damage of the cartilage of bones. Healthy cartilage is smooth which allows bone joints to move easily, to act as a shock absorber between bones.

A few tips are given bellow to reduce the possibility of developing Osteoarthritis:

#Exercise is the best thing to be fit at all. Here again, It can be your best tool against osteoarthritis as exercise strengthens your muscles and helps to keep the joints of bones flexible. But avoid overdoing high-impact exercises such as running. And if a particular joint (for example, those in your knees, ankles, and feet) starts to suffer from over exercise, change the procedure and do light exercises such as walking.

#Specially, Be more cautious about your knee and elbow injuries during sport. Always wear protective knee and elbow pads when playing riskier sports.

#Cope up with the strategies to perform job without stressing bone joints.

#Some other safety concerns may also be very helpful to prevent osteoarthritis like - wearing a seat belt to prevent injury in case of a car accident.

It's a type of disorder which can easily lead you to Limited mobility
