Default Autism and Siblings

I have 5 children and the siblings of my autistic child are pretty well adjusted for their situation. My 4 year old (almost 5) seems more 'grown up' than other girls her age. She kind of began adapting herself to the Big Sister role when she was 3 and realized her sister wasn't going to play dolls or dress up normally.

My boys don't notice, because one is just going to be 3 this month and the other's almost 9 months. They could care less. To them, she's just a big goofball (my asd girlie)

Lots of parents I know with autistic kids stopped with the ASD child or their others were ASD, too. Anyone else have a mix?

My youngest sister has high-functioning autism; the other four of us are neurotypical. We were always protective of her and understanding when it came to her acting different. My brother in particular, who is only 20 months older than my sister, was never jealous of the time my parents spent helping her.

One of my first children was diagnosed PDD or PPD can't remeber exactly but she is a twin. Her twin has no issues nor does her other younger sister. They are just now turning four and the youngest is two so they do not notice that their sister is any different. She it mildly and really mostly has speech issues and issues with transitioning. I hope as they get older it will not be an issue for them with other kids.
