I think that autoimmune diseases are some of the worst diseases in the world. They are bad because they are completely random, scientists don't understand why they happen, and there's no cure.

So, this month, I have been on a quest to understand autoimmune diseases a little bit more. And I have compiled two great books on them.

The first book is called The Autoimmune Connection. You can find it on Amazon. It's about a 300 page book and is loaded with lots of helpful information.
