Default Back problems?

HI All;

Im having some problems with my back.
The shape of my back is now kinda like an S shape. Meaning my lower back is curved inwards and my upper back is curved outwards. This started to happen when i carried all my school books in my bag, the bag weighed a bit over 10kgs....or 20pounds...

Are there any exercises that i can do to straighten my back out again?

Regards
Wingmark

I think it is quite normal. On the other hand it can be scoliosis. Scoliosis is a curving of the spine. you might not have scoliosis, but you may have a very big curve in your lower back. The spine is shaped like an s- so you'll have a curve outwards in your upper back and a curve inwards in your lower back. If you are concerned, you can consult a rheumatologist who can potentially diagnose and treat the problem.

Best Wishes

The majority of lower back pain stems from benign musculoskeletal problems..
