hey friends!
I got a severe back pain few months ago. Though i could not figure out the actual reason behind this, but i had no other solution than to visit my family doc and when i did he suggested me with just a pain killer and told me to sleep only hard mattress or almost bare floor but not on a bed or spring mattress for few days.
But i am still not sure why he suggested me this? Can you link it with some medical knowledge of yours? Thanks
