Default Pimple removing cream

Do these creams actually work?
And if they work, do they really do it within '12 hours', and other such ridiculously short time periods?
I have a friend who swears by them, but since she lives in a different city, I cannot witness the results.

It depends on who are using them. Sometimes it works well on your friend but not yours. So be careful on using these type of creams. Test it first on a small and hidden part of your face, if it works well and you don't have allergies, then that is the time you can regularly use it.

Well, I never applied cream but did a serious of things to sort out my pimple problem.
First, identify your skin type.. it can be oily, dry, normal etc.
Oily skins are more prone to pimples.
Then use a exfoliator ,something which removes dead cells of our skin.
Then use facial scrubber, to remove the oiliness.
Then use a face wash to clean your skin.
Follow this routine twice a day, especially before you go to bed and when you come back home.
TRIED AND TESTED.
You wont need any cream anymore.

I have tried applying those facial creams and I can say that they do works.
The one that I used is very effective. It also makes my face smoother.

In my opinion, the best pimple cream is Clearisil. I started using Clearisil after having nasty outbreaks in the fifth grade, and it completly removed all of those hideous bumps. I still use it now, although it is not as effective now as it used to be when I started off.

It really depends on the cream. Some work and some don't. I think they just dry out the pimple. I've used to toothpaste on mine and it works (by drying out the pimple).
My son has been using a acne wash and it's not working at all. He's still breaking out. I'm going to purchase Clearasil to see if that works on him. I'll post the results in a couple of weeks (I want to give it time to work).
