Curious to know if anyone out there smokes? I lost my mom in 5 weeks from lung cancer recently. She did smoke for awhile but she did quit 9 years before she was diagnosed with cancer. Not to scare anyone who does smoke, but I found that unimaginable when she was first diagnosed and I promised I would do all I could to help people to stop smoking.

well i do smoke but the problem is that whenever i was with my family i don't smoke even for 5 months but the day i get alone(as i am living other place from my native) i again start smoking...

I smoke too. Its really hard to quit. The most difficult part is whenever I am working. I have a great amount of stress that I can't relax with any other way! In my summer vacations I never smoke - and I don't really like it!

I am also a smoker and I smoke so much. I am very sorry about your mother and I know that I can quit smoking but I have to control my desire of smoking. But I cannot do this without anyones help.

You can stop all this only with the help of education, until we don't aware people about its side effect we can not stop it.

Smoking causes so many problems in the body.

I also support you and your opinion i am also want to aware those who still in dark and ignoring this truth of life they do not only hurt them but they also hurt their love one.
