Default Vitamin D and Certain Cancers

I know that I have been writing a lot recently about Vitamin D. It's just that I'm super excited about the research that's coming about this Vitamin. However, what is most fascinating to me is the link between Vitamin D and cancer.

Do you know that women who had the lowest Vitamin D levels were 67% more likely to develop breast cancer? The sad part is that most Americans are not getting enough Vitamin D. I plan to write another post about how to get enough Vitamin D, so be sure to stay tuned.

Vitamin D has also been shown to play an important role in stopping the formation of prostate cancer. Even the most conservative doctors and scientists now recommend that people either get sun or take a supplement. So please, be sure to get the word about this amazing nutrient.
