Default Are there possibilities that a father will passed this disease to its baby/children?

Cerebral palsy is not a disease, but a condition that is not contagious in any form. A parent or parents who have cerebral palsy cannot pass it to their children

I've found you your answer somewhere online:
I have simplified it for anyone who reads this to understand easily.
CP is not hereditary.
It is a condition that can happen before birth, like an complication to the foetus, or during labor or after birth (doctors don' t clean the respiratory system properly and the baby inhales the water).
These are the main causes. Premature babies are at a higher risk (lungs are not matured enough)
It is not a progressive desease, however it's a lifelong condition.

As pointed out it is not hereditary but is caused by lack of oxygen at the time of birth. This causes damage to the brain.Symptoms include difficulty with limb control, speech control and muscular control. Leading to problems walking, talking etc.
The treatment includes individual treatment to each symptoms and giving brain the time to repair itself within its limit.
