Texting while driving is understandably now illegal in most states. We can make laws like this, but why can we not look at laws to punish those who smoke around children? To me that is almost child endangerment due to the health risks, and the poor children do not get a choice in being around it or not.

    

Wow.. That is something.. You know you are absolutely right.. Passive smoking is a big-big risk and kids,especially, have little or no choice in the matter. In fact, they're at a greater risk since they're young and their lungs are really sensitive.. Yup, there should be a law against smoking around kids!

Yes there must be a Law like no Smoking in Public Places like Parks, Streets, Theaters, Hospitals.
Moreover there must not be any shop near schools how sell cigarettes...
