For cavity prevention and oral health, what do you think is the best toothpaste out there. I have been using Colgate Total's Toothpaste for the past ten years, but I am always on the lookout for something better.

I usually go to the Environmental Working Group's website and look through their database and choose ones that are rated the least toxic. It's a great resource. Currently I am using Nature's Gate's latest formula without lauryl sulfate.

I use Pepsodent and brush twice. I think Dentist will give the right answer to this question.
