Does Sweet should be avoided?
hey all!
i am not a diabetic patient but should i avoid sweet to kill chances of being one in near future?

You cannot avoid sweets entirely but you can just take it once in a while like having cakes twice a month. Just not take it regularly.

You can't avoid sweets but use in a large no can affect your health.

Consult your doctor. He explain in more details that sweet should be avoided or not.
