Does your "diet" consist of any protein or carbs (aside from what you get from the fruits and veggies)?

As for whether or not it can give you diabetes, I'm not sure as I am not an expert in that field, but the lack of other nutrients does concern me....

Just wondering

I changed my diet a bit. My source of carb is wheat bread. For calcium, I have oatmeal. For protein, I have soy. I have about 10-12 glasses of water everyday.

I eat 5 times a day which is roughly every 3 hours or so but in small amounts. I consume more vegetables than fruits now. I actually count my calories actually. Vegetables and fruits are so low on calories so I can eat in large amounts and barely get to 1000 calories a day.

I have to say that eating five times a day is pretty helpful. I never feel hungry which makes me eat less.

Eat Apple, Jamun like these fruits, as these types of fruits try to save diabetic patents.
