Default In what age of a person commonly diabetes occurs?

I have discovered that most of the older people are the one who suffer to this kind of disease. What age normally diabetes hit us? Is the age are also the reason for its appearance?

Yeah. Getting a certain kind of disease is not based on age. But commonly, it does affects adults raging from 30 years and above. I have also heard cases that diabetes can also occur to children.

Well there is no age limit for diabetes as my freind suffered from diabetes at the age of 15.Can anyone believe?Basically people suffer from diabetes after the age of 40.Diabetes causes sugar level problems and regular intake of Insulin syringes is required.Diabetes can disturb the good life of an individual. It may result to heart attacks if the bllod pressure increases due to diabetes.Blood pressure plays an important role in keeping control over diabetes.Take care.

My cousin was diagnosed with diabetes when she was 16, and another friend of mine when he was 15.
Both had to give up what they loved most- sweets.

Anywhere they want to eat dessert, their first questions are always 'is this fat free?' 'is this sugar free'? 'is this for diabetics?'

I would hate to be put into that situation!

My neighbors son was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 18!
It was to hurting to see him taking that insulin everyday!
He had become very slim and I felt that it was very unfair that at such age he was a Diabetic.

When I taught preschool, there was a little boy in my class who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 4. He frequently asked to use the restroom at school, so we mentioned our concerns to his mother, who got him tested. He had to have his blood sugar checked every day before lunch.

Type 1 diabetes usually starts at an early age ( 14 is the average age).

Type 2 diabetes is normally seen in adults (around the age of 40).

Obesity increases the risk of getting type 2 diabetes. So it can happen
to young people who are obese. It seems that the number of young people
suffering from type 2 is on the rise. This corresponds with the rise of the number
of youngsters suffering from obesity.

I got some of these info from : netdoctor.co.uk

Mostly after 30 the persons are suffering through the diabetes. Before 30 also, some people suffered through diabetes.
Age is not the factor for diabetes.
