I think its pretty neat that my hospital is giving incentives to their Medicaid patients to get tested for diabetes. If I get a blood test to test for Diabetes, the hospital will send me a $50 Wal-mart gift card. They realize that in the long term, it will cost them more money if the problem progresses so they pay people to take care of their health. Nice!
