lemonade, different kind of fruit juices, etc are healthy drinks. Don't go for any kind for diet cokes and diet drinks. Real and natural fruit juices are far better than these kind of drinks.

Besides water, fresh juices, grape fruit juices, green tea, lemonade and coffee are healthy drinks.
Avoid soda, diet soda and packed juices as they are not good for your health and may result in increasing your weight.
