Weight loss is a common problem in people.You must start eating vegatable daily specially banana and have rice also once a day as rice is a way to increase weight.If i take my own example i use to sit for a ong after eating and sometimes i sleep and in 4-5 months i got increment of 10 kg in my weight

He does want to gain weight not lose weight. Be sure to read the opening post first.

In your logic, it could happen. But I really doubt that it should take some time to gain weight when you are following that regimen.

The system that I use has multiple purposes. Obviously, the main one is weight loss. Second, is weight sustainance and energy. The third is weight gain. The system is redesigned for the person's needs. Don't let the website name below deter you. You will be able to design the program to fit your needs.

Juices, pop, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.

everybody wanna gain weight.for this they trying their best.some people go to gym and do workout there.and some one do exercise at home because they have no time to go to gym.thus they do exercise like yoga at home.i am one of them.i often do yoga at home for half an hour.and i got best result.so i suggest you to do yoga exercise i am sure you also get best result..

As you have looking to put on some weight so eat baked potatoes, eggs and eggs related stuff and protein shakes. Do join gym to get muscles and shape your body.

Nice post dear friend. I tell you how you could gain weight, you should use healthy foods like mutton, chicken and other protein foods, you should also drink much fresh juice or shake.
