Default Want to gain weight!

Hi all,

I have a problem. I would like to gain some weight, approximately 30 to 40 lbs.
The problem is that I don't have much of an appetite and I eat very little.
Any advice on how to achieve weight gain?

Maby try eatign a bit more. Dont go on my advice because i think this one is a bit stupid but maby eat soem fast food. Thats possibility

What you do should depend on your metabolism rate, is it slow, fast, normal etc. Eating more junk food like fast food could help or it could make things worse.

Eat loads and loads of protein. Meat and eggs have a pretty large concentration of protein. Eating junk food will achieve the same objective, but that fat and cholesterol will eventually do more bad than good.

I've got a stupidly fast metabolism, so I can't really gain weight even though I've tried! *cries*

I wish I had that kind of metabolism, my entire family's metabolism is slower than a snails. Gaining wait is easy, losing it is hard.

Yeah. I agree with all their suggestions. Eat lots of protein and especially fruits and vegetables. I have also seen an ad on tv about a weight gain milk. It is called Apeton Weight Gain. Try it. I do hope it really works.

Yeah my metabolism is stupidly fast, people say I should eat more, but when they see me eating they just put a face like O.o! or something.

I actually choked when I read the title.
In my opinion, what you should do is very simple.
Get your hands on a weight loss book, and do everything completely opposite!
Here are a few examples:

Avoid Dairy Products- EAT DAIRY Products.
Don't eat after seven- ONLY EAT after seven.
Avoid fast/junk food- LIVE OFF the stuff.
Drink Double Toned/ Skimmed Milk- DRINK FULL CREAM milk.

Among other such.
I'm positive this method will work for you; think about it logically, it seems fool proof!
