hi guys,,,
Two months ago i attained the desired weight.After this i eat a lot and gain 12 kg after that now on the beginning of this year i have decided to take back into shape.I am again going to do use a diet plan.

I was too much fat and that fatness is much great problem for me ... and my exercise trainer suggest me that i also use such supplements too like fat burners so i tried the tablets course from prohcgdiet.com and that is much faster in results , so my vote is for this and i suggest also to others

I am 25 year old and have 75kg weight but i am not satisfied with my fitness level and want to loss 10lbs...

I am 5'9" and i am of 192lbs...
My goal is to lose 26lbs of my weight in three months...
And i think i can achieve my goal definitely..

Hi jo509,
I have planned to lose 30 lbs in next 4 months.
Before this I have successively lost 15 lbs in 2 months with healthy diet and regular exercise.
