Default my foot nails are breaking!
My foot nails were so delicate since i can remember but now i have noticed they have started breaking so easily. Not only from tips but also from where nail must be.
Please let me know what i must do to stop my nails from breakage?

Maybe you have mineral deficiency. Lack of certain minerals can make the nails brittle.
