Default Dry Feet

I know this is probably a common problem, but it drives me insane. My heels and the bottom of my toes are constantly dried out and peeling. My heels end up cracking, which hurts. Any suggestions?

I try to use a “Ped Egg” on my feet every night, and then I put thick cream on my feet, and thick socks. Anything else I can do?

One thing I have found is to use a footsoak to help soften the skin. Then follow with an exfoliator, I use a foot brush when appling this to help remove dead skin. Then I follow it up with a moisturizer. The one I have found that I like the best so far is Gold Bond medicated moisturizer. My spouse is a nurse and uses it on his hands as they dry and crack due to constant washing and I have found that it works good on my feet as well.

Thank you jhall! I will have to give Gold Bond a shot.
My feet are so horrible, I am desperate. I can’t believe how embarrassed I am by it when I wear sandals. I don’t remember ever worrying about it before.

There are foot cream and powder that can treat such concern. Also, try to avoid wearing close shoes all the time. Our feet deserve a "breather" sometimes.
