Default Daily health tip

I'm a believer in healthy body healthy mind.A healthy body can only have a positive effect on anxiety.Here is my daily health tip..I do it every day..at least I try to :-)

Drink a home made detox drink every morning.Very simple to make.Boil half a lemon in water(enough to fill a cup) for about 5 minutes.Pour the water into a cup..drink and enjoy.The healthy benefits to your skin and liver I'm sure you will even feel.

I was much conscious about my wait and physic that was totally disfigured due to which my appearance was so unpleasant, Even I had too much exercise and diet plan executed, it was quite good but worked too slowly do finally I tried the 21 days course of tablets of sliming that ordered from prohcgdiet.com, and the results were measurable and then for more improvement i ordered 42 days course too and now I m quite handsome and even get engaged too ..

The post is really nice and good and specially you have added aloe vera juice in the morning and we can't imagine that how effective it is!

I always wake up in the morning and go for a long walk. I maintain my diet with some green meals. So that's what i do to make me fit.

Nice tips....Thanks for posting this perfect daily health tips and I will keep these in mind......I believe this is just a matter of self-discipline.....According to my opinion,health tips are given below:
1. Regular exercise
2. Eat fruits and vegetables
3. Eat home cooked food

Try to avoid oily food. Eat more and more green vegetables and fruits daily.

Keep away form eat oily food and eat fresh food and juice..i think you must do daily exercise...and makes happy health..
