hey!
How many of you do fasting? How much healthy have you consider it for you? I need some experts opinion on that. Thanks

Fasting doesn't necessarily help you loss weight easily. It is not even good and unsafe. Eating small meal three times a day combined with daily exercise is more effective than fasting.

A healthy fasting doesn't mean to starve for the whole day and live only on water. This is definitely not good for health. If you want to maintain a good health forever as well as detoxify your body , then do juice fasting or fasting on raw vegetable, greens, sprouts, juices etc. It would benefit you a lot but if you want a good and complete detoxification then go for a good health retreat center. Last year, I went Fresh Start ; a health retreat in Vancouver Island, with my friends for the 14 detox program. During our detox session, we were given fresh organic fruit and vegetable juices, Raw organic meals, quality probiotic supplements, Daily steam bath with aromatherapy, Green body care products and lots more. Everything was pre-scheduled and we really enjoyed that. Some of my friend were suffering from some body problems and this program really healed their problems. I would suggest you to go there and once you would come to know how to do it well, you can do it at home.

sometime people start starving to get smart and in a perfect shape and even in early ages specially girls are too much conscious, but due to this there can be eating disorder in routine life that can invite more harmful diseases my younger sister also had done this for reducing the overweight but got a bad stomach pain but after that my friend told about [deleted] and I fond nice tablets courses for her by which she got her target soon and with nice health too

Yes fasting helps in increasing weight and also helps in extending your body. Because daily eating and in time taking food never harms us.

Only fasting is not responsible for weight loss. You need to adopt low carb diet along with it.

some people think that by skipping meal they can come to the shape..
But its not true as skipping meal in fact cause their heath to be more weak.

I completely agree with Carvey..
That skipping meals will not help to make a proper shape and loss some weight..!! It can be done only if you will follow a proper diet plan regularly and avoid eating junk food..Also try to do regular exercise..!!!!

Hi HealthNut,
What are your goals? If you want to reduce weight don't fast.
Rather than fasting or skipping meal, better break your meal in 6 small meals and exercise daily to reduce and maintain weight quickly and effectively.
