You CANNOT get rid of fat unless the body "burns" it. That is to say; your metabolism.

You can boost the metabolism by eating often and do exercises.

Some food boosts the metabolism and you can consume capsaicin to force it up.
try capsaicinshop.com and read about how to boost the metabolism forcing it to burn fat.

exercise is important...everyone should at least take some time out of their day to do at least 20 mins. Even if you're sitting down watching TV, move your legs like you're riding a bike. I found some nice info at 96-helpful-genius-talks.com. I don't usally post sites, but it had some interesting info about supplements.

Yes! I absolutely agree! I lost a total of 40 lbs 2 years ago and have kept it off through diet and exercise! I was at 160 when I was only 18 years old. I decided enough was enough, and that I wanted to live a long and happy life, so I made my change I never turned back since. Here are a few more things that I would like to add on to the list from my personal experiences:

-self learning experience
-new found abilities
-self motivation
