There are lots of food supplements. I want to know more supplements so that I my body become healthy. Can you help me to have effective food supplements? Thank you for the health forum for allowing me to discuss health topics.

I am very glad to know that you are very concern about your health in this very busy trend. Also i would say that you must do Yoga and Zumba for being fit. Also would recommend you for eating fresh and low oily and spicy food. Eat more amount of fruits and juices.

I agree. We also need to take supplements to fill up the lacking nutrients which the body needs everyday since nowadays, we can't obtain the complete nutrients from what we eat. We also need to balance our lifestyle, starting from eating, daily exercise, work, socialization and sleep.

I agree, we all need to take vitamin supplements because we do not get the right nutrients from the food we eat. But you need to make sure that the supplement you choose is actually going to work. check how absorbable & soluable it is before you waste your money! I personally take a vitamin powered by oligo and you cannot get a better supplement!!!

I think you should try to get all of the necessary ingredients form real whole organic foods, but I also understand that our food supply just doesn't have the same amount of nutrients as it once did, so supplements can help fill the void.
I think two important things to consider are quality and how well your body absorbs the nutrient. If your body can't absorb it, you might as well flush it down the toilet. I recommend whole food supplements whenever possible.

fruits are really very helpful for health.They contain many vitamins like vitamin A,B1,B6,C,E,D,K which are very much needed for good health.
