Default high blood pressure concerns

Hi all, Last year I had an incident where I felt like I was going to faint, found out i had high bp and changed my diet and began exercising even more. My bp went down and i thought everything was ok. Now I've found that it is generally in the 130/80-145/90 range although many times it is much lower and better. My bottom number(systolic?) is usually very good but diastolic is usually pretty high. I'm 29, non smoker, get plenty of exercise(jogging, biking, pullups) and I never exceed 2400 mg of sodium in a day and usually its around 2000. I eat mostly grains and vegetables, rarely meat and drink only water and tea. My pulse is always between 45-60, usually right at 50, which I hear is a good sign that my heart is in good shape. What could this mean and what more can i do without getting on medication to lower my bp? Any help is greatly appreciated?
