What do you guys get when you get a head ache?

Sometimes when i get bad ones I would just get some paracetimal and some water and they go have a lie down on my bed and try and sleep it off. But if i get a small one i would sometimes just get some water and maby lie down and sleep it off or just continue doing whatever i was doing.

I have a funny story that happened maby a year ago:
I was sat down on a sunday eating my Roast and i have this terrible headache. So i took plate out and left in kitchin and went up stairs to liedown. Maby hour or 2 later i woke up much better and so i went downstairs grabbed my plate ate all of it and ate all the left overs to

    

It's Paracetamol not paracetimal.
It is true that it can cure headaches but not always. I, myself, tend to do other things to forget that I have a headache. One of the thing I do is playing video games or surfing the internet.

Usually I just take 2 Ibuprofen and that almost always works, but if it doesn't I will play a game or watch tv and I usually forget I even have one, although sometimes I will take a nap to relieve the headache.

Yea when i sometimes try that it dont work because it is just so intense , its like a migrane but not as bad , i just have to turn off lights and lie down on bed. But usually after a kip it usually disapears

Yeah, I have one like that a few times, makes me feel sick.

Although most headaches I get is from to much sun, I burn really easily ( I don't tan, I burn ) and any kind of heat gives me incredible headaches.

Yea the sun is a big factor. If your in to long you can get dehydrated very quickly and just get bad headaches thats why its wise to wear caps

Migraine is a different story. I have experienced it last time and I really don't want to experience it again. The thing I do then is take-up a Paracetamol tablet then go to bed. The next day, I still feel a little pain. So I take-up Paracetamol again and play video games. Hours later, it is gone.

haha. Yea i have had a migraine apsolutly horrible to have. I just take some sort of medication and go to bed but now there is a new product out called "forehead" its like a thing you rub on your head and it helps lesson it. I have used it and it works quite well. They have the same thnig for migranes but it is a strip you put on your head

My question is, how does something you rub on your forehead help with a headache? Does it sink some sort of medicine in through the pores?
