health insurance is a very critical issue.do you think health insurance is right of every man in the view of religion?

I don't think that Religion says anything about the right to health insurance. If anything, some religions actually do not view any "insurance" in a good light (and that's a whole other topic).
Religion says to take care of the poor and sick, but insurance is a whole different thing. You can have free universal health care, without offering insurance. Many countries in Europe and Asia do have that.

yeah but isn't insurance in other sense means valuing the life of a person with money??

No-no.. you're picking holes.. it's like food supply that is offered ONLY in stores as well as warm clothing are valuing the life of a person too..
In a certain way everything is making the cost of your life.. starting with the first drops of your mother's blood, but it's not like you sell yourself or anyone else everyday while being involved in the money system, right?..
