Yes I agree
But What diet one should follow is the big question.As a nutritionist, I learned long ago that it is one thing to give clients nutrition and health information.One should gain knowledge about nutritional diet,containig vitamins,proteins and following that diet regularly to get strong results in weight loss.

It is too easy to say that i want to lose some weight,but the difficult part is to proceed to the next step which is the process of losing weight.It can only be possible if you have a strong decision that yes i can do it i can lose weight,only then my friend no one can stops you and you can lose your weight by following a daily low diet plan and exercise.
