Smoking can cause a number of problems. For one, it basically rots your lungs and all your insides. It also causes lung cancer. It ages you too. Studies show that people who smoke age faster. They get premature wrinkles.
Smoking also stains your teeth and it looks horrible. Your breath smells too.
My brother has been smoking since he was a teen and now he is always coughing. His throat is full of thick gooey stuff so he's always having to spit the stuff out. He says it's really uncomfortable but he doesn't learn. He still smokes and the problem seems to be getting worse. His teeth are all greenish black. They are really ugly. He used to have beautiful teeth but smoking ruined them.
Healthy Momma said it all! I do not see any benefits of smoking whatsoever! It stinks, ages you, it's bad for your health, and did I mention it stinks? (Oh yeah I did!)
Even worse, they are expensive! I was in the store and my mouth dropped when I seen how expensive they were! Some are over $5 a pack! WOW!
