My bf had a long term relationship with a woman diagnosed with HPV. He broke up with her 2 years ago and only learned about the HPV before they parted ways. his ex told him he doesnt need to get tested unless he develops symptoms. He's never had it so he doesnt bother to get himself tested. Now I know I could contract cancer because of HPV.

My question is: is it possible that my bf is a carrier of the virus?
