Default How to control high cholestrol

You can control it with medicines, but the best way to do it is by controlling your diet, losing weight, and by exercising.
Drink a lot of water, avoid alcohol, use less oil while cooking and do regular regular exercisers

I agree with all that you have listed here.
In fact I think you've covered almost everything that there is to do when an individual has a cholesterol problem!
It all starts at the grocery store; what you put in your cart.

You already got all points to remember.

I will just add one thing:
Regularly go to your doctor and do some cholesterol tests so you will be updated on what is the level of cholesterol in your body.

The best way to control is to do regular exercise or work-outs in gym.The nutrition level in your diet must also be controlled and you must follow a regular diet chart to keep your cholesterol in control as its increase may lead to diabetes or high blood pressure. Also avoid smoking or alcohol. This will surely help you to control your cholesterol and avoid taking unwanted tablets as it may cause side effects without consulting the doctor.

You mentioned cutting out oil while cooking. I have to disagree. Not all oils are bad. In fact, many can HELP lower cholesterol! Extra virgin olive oil is a prime example. Switch your regular oil to evoo and this can actually flush out some of the bad cholesterol from your body. By the way, not all cholesterol is bad!
