Default Good Fats

This section of the forum is really missing a key element, and that is the different between good and bad fats. I’ll let someone else explain the bad ones. But some of the healthy fats that your body actually needs in order to be healthy are: nuts, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, fish and legumes. You can also take an Omega 3 supplement on a daily basis.

That's right. Omega-3 is an essential part of a healthy diet plan.
