Default Difference between high blood and low blood.

How can we distinguished high blood to low blood? These two are commonly problems of some adult people.. In what way do they differ from each other?

Do you not know the difference between high and low blood? How come?

To tell you normal people have a a 110 over 90 blood pressure. If your blood pressure goes above that, it's high blood, which will definitely lead to hypertension. And if it is below that mark, it's low blood pressure which will eventually lead to anemia.

I really do hope that I helped you out.

The ideal blood pressure is 120/80, if your blood pressure goes above 140/90 (either number) then you may be diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension). I do not hear too often about hypotension, I would think a majority of this would be from certain medications. Sometimes nitrates and ED medications can cause a low blood pressure.

Yes, 90 is actually bordering on high for a bottom number. My blood pressure usually runs around 115/70 or so. The highest it's ever been was 144/90, and that's when I was nine months pregnant and developed pre-eclampsia. My blood pressure has also dropped as low as 95/65 in the past.

Blood pressure range from 120 over 80 (120/80) to 140 over 90 (140/90) for good r health.. If your blood pressure is within this range then it consider as ideal blood pressure.

High blood pressure is a severe problem. It's a silent killer.
