Is that safe to apply some light sweet perfume on a small kid who is less than a year
? Can it cause any allergy or irritation

    

We apply perfume on the clothes of our niece on a day out and so far, it doesn't have any bad effects. Just put a small amount on the cloth of the dress, enough to smell the scent.
