Hi everyone,
Yesterday, I noticed three small round blisters on my toddlers arms and legs. two on the legs and one on the arm. They're smooth, have a small 'dimple' like thing in the middle and are pinkish in color. I've been trying to search and find out if its an insect bite or a skin infection but can't find anything. Should I take her to the doc or should I use a skin cream or something on them?

    

Sounds like it could be spider bites. Try Benadryl if she is old enough, that's basically what a doctor will tell you. It eases reactions. A cool washcloth will soothe the itch. If the blisters get darker red or spread, and she gets lethargic with a fever- get to a doc.

Thanks.. Yup, I think you're right. I cleaned out the entire bedroom yesterday, aired out the mattresses, removed those tiny cobwebs and removed everything that could accumulate dust, since we do live in a very dust prone area. I think it should help. Till now, they're not spreading and she doesn't have a fever. So, I guess Benadryl and cool compresses for the itch will work. Thanks again

No problem! My daughter and me, too, had bites show up a while back. I was worried about them and my doctor told me that spiders often bite 3 times in a row. Even non-poisonous ones will cause a skin reaction. I hope she gets non-itchy soon! Glad to hear she isn't having a bad reaction.
