I do think that we should prevent a site like this as long as you trust the person.
There are some instances that people sell their body organ for money. You csaid you will donate it but the middleman will sell it. I have seen lots of that on a TV documentary.
I just suggest that one should go to the person needing your help, personally. In this way, no onewill ever compromise you.
