Default Chronic pain in the hip

I have had chronic mild pain in my left hip. mI have tried everything ranging from physiotherapy, to ayurvedic massages to medicines to homeopathy.
In the end the only thing that worked was a seties of exercises which I do regularly everyday and the pain has gone.

General somatic pain (pain from the outer body)

Pains from your skin and muscles are easily localized by the brain because these pains are common. You have experienced general somatic pain since childhood when you have fallen or been hit by a person or an object. Normally, somatic pain gets better in a few days.

Some people develop pain that never goes away. Fibromyalgia and chronic back pain are in this category.
General somatic pain is often treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen (Motrin) or naproxen (Naprosyn) or with acetaminophen (Tylenol). Sometimes, opioids, such as morphine, may be needed.

I had originally been diagnosed with some kind of hip disorder, but deeper tests proved tha5t there was really nothing wrong with my hip.
Anyway exercising to get rid of the pain - made me a frequent exerciser and lead to a general improvement in my health

If proper exercise is carried out then every body joints can be cured off.I believe if humans can keep their body fit in their middle age then they will suffer through these joint problems in the later stage of their life that will give them less problems.Today at the age of 50 people tend to complaint of hip problems.I think regular exercises will surely help to cure this problems and keep you fit.

Trochanteric bursitis frequently causes tenderness of the outer hip, making it difficult for patients to lie on the involved side, frequently making sleep difficult. It also causes a dull, burning pain on the outer hip that is often made worse with excessive walking or stair climbing.

I've had hip bursitis before and it was incredibly painful but normally it just pops a lot, sometimes forced, sometimes just by accident and sometimes if I hold it in the wrong position, it aches really painfully.
